Optional VIP Services. In connection with any Optional Services
(Policy may be updated by ESLWeekly from time to time without notice to you.)
1. When you ask for ESLWeekly optional VIP services. Customer
is not anonymous to us. Customer must provide ESLWeekly with personally information (such as your name, your photo, email
address, mailing address, postal code, birth date, gender, your resume and a copy or duplicate of your passport) that ESLWeekly
may reasonably require to provide the Optional Services. ESLWeekly will have no responsibility for any delays or increased
costs or expenses associated with Customer’s failure to provide any of such information. If Customer does not provide
any such information requested by ESLWeekly within thirty (30) days of ESLWeekly’s request therefore, ESLWeekly may
terminate the Services.
2. If Customer requested that ESLWeekly perform the Optional Services by a particular deadline or that ESLWeekly achieve
some particular result or outcome, ESLWeekly will use commercially reasonable best efforts to perform the Services by any
such deadline and achieve the result requested by Customer; provided, however, that (i) ESLWeekly’s ability to perform
the Services is subject to Customer’s provision of information and (ii) ESLWeekly has no liability or obligation to
complete the Services by any deadline or achieve any particular outcome or result.
3. If Customer wishes to convey documents or files to ESLWeekly, Customer should deliver to ESLWeekly a copy or duplicate
of such documents or files and not the original copy. ESLWeekly will not return to Customer any documents or files conveyed
to ESLWeekly.
4. ESLWeekly will have no liability or responsibility for any increased costs or expenses in connection
with ESLWeekly’s provision of Optional Services requested by Customer.
